Today 6th November 2024,  H.E  Amb Stephen Mubiru  presented copies of his letters of credence to the Chief of Protocol in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovakia. The Ambassador was accompanied by the Hon Consul Mr Andreas, Agama Woling Anthony, Minister Counsellor at the Embassy of Uganda, Berlin. Also present in the meeting was Mr Vladimir Soltys who is in charge of the African desk at the Slovakian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. A number of bilateral issues were discussed including a proposal to enter into  MOUs in various fields.

The 1st Uganda Czech Business Forum was organized by the Uganda Embassy in Berlin and the Czech Chamber of Commerce in Prague under the theme “Strengthening Bilateral Trade and Investment: Harnessing Opportunities for Sustainable Economic Growth". The two day’s Business Forum was opened by Mrs. Jana Havrdova, the Vice President of the Czech Chamber of Commerce and Ambassador. Danny Mayanja Ssozi, the Deputy Head of Mission, Uganda Embassy Berlin. The first day was a plenary including coffee cupping and the second day will include farm and company visits.

Ambassador Stephen Mubiru, Head of Mission, Uganda Embassy Berlin met Ambassador Matthais Schauer, the Germany Ambassador to Uganda today Thursday September 12th, 2024. The two Ambassadors discussed various issues among them was the upcoming Uganda Munich Business Convention scheduled to take place from 5th- 12th October 2024 in Munich, How best to the two can work together to implement dual training in vocational schools in Uganda, how to promote marine training with special focus on L. Victoria,  L. Kyoga and River Nile.

On going Registration For National IDs at the Embassy

The Embassy is happy to announce that Ugandans in the Diaspora can now register for their National IDs at the Embassy. 
In Berlin, the exercise commenced on Monday, August 26th, 2024 at the Embassy premises.
Requirements for the registration services are as follows:
1. Fresh Registration for National IDs: one needs a recommendation letter from the Embassy; a copy of a Ugandan Passport; and a copy of one or both Parents' National ID [where none of the former is alive, a Guardian's National ID is required].

on the 7th of March 2024, H.E. Ambassador Stephen Mubiru,  the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uganda to Germany accredited to Poland presented his credentials to H.E. Andrzej Duda, President of the Republic of Poland at Belweder in Warsaw, Poland.

H.E. Ambassador Stephen Mubiru was accompanied by Ambassador Danny M. Ssozi, Ambassador Dora Kutesa and Ms. Betty Naggombe.

 H.E. Stephen MUBIRU, the Ambassador Designate (non-resident) of the Republic of Uganda, presented his credentials to H.E. Alexander Van der BELLEN, the President of the Republic of Austria, officially accrediting him as Uganda’s Ambassador to the Republic of Austria. The ceremony took place at the Office of the President in Vienna, Austria on 21st November 2023 and the Ambassador was accompanied by Ms. Anne Mary Nyakato, Counsellor at the Uganda Embassy in Berlin.
