Amb. Marcel R. Tibaleka, Uganda's Ambassador to the Republic of Hungary signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Ministry of Education and Sports of the Republic of Uganda and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary. The signing took place on 10th September 2020 in Budapest, Hungary. 

The MOU provides opportunities for high quality education and professional training to the best 20 applicants of the Republic of Uganda for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral studies in various fields.
